The Turner County Development Authority has created a new 120 acre industrial park and a 50,000 square foot spec building. Great incentives are available on the spec building and on empty lots in the park. The park is one half mile from I75, at exit 84. Water, sewer, gas, electric and high speed DSL are ready and available in the park.
